How to measure your Mastiff for good fit Leather Muzzle:

		Length: Distance from the tip of the nose to eye line in inches
		Circumference: Around snout one inch below eye line in inches
		Eye Line: Distance from eye line to the point right behind the ears
		Neck Circumference: Circumference around neck behind ears in inches
		Width: Snout width in the widest part
		Height: Snout height , should be measured with mouth a little open

It means that if you want your dog to be able to open the mouth to a certain degree so as to drink water, to pant freely after high activity or be able to chew something you allow him - you may adjust this leather strap so as to ease the tightness. Or vice versa, you may increase the tightness if you want to limit the dog’s ability to do above mentioned things.
All other leather straps you may use to adjust their length so that the muzzle sit fit on the dog’s head.
